Hamster Click Game Praised by Telegram Founder
The popular game “Hamster Kombat” on the messaging app Telegram has gained immense popularity among users, recently becoming the third fastest application to reach 150 million users in history, attracting over 200 million players in just three months.
Pavel Durov, the founder and CEO of Telegram, has shown strong support for the game and praised Hamster Kombat as a leader in the mini-app “wave” in his own Telegram channel.
Durov also mentioned that Hamster Kombat will soon launch tokens on the TON blockchain, showcasing the advantages of blockchain technology to hundreds of millions of people. He even wrote, “A new era is coming, and we are witnessing its arrival.”
This hamster-themed game, similar to the well-known “Notcoin,” operates on a click-to-earn model. The tokens it is about to airdrop are highly anticipated by the public, as they represent the ability to exchange in-game points for cryptocurrencies and cash them out in fiat on exchanges.
In other words, the monetization moment for the hamster game is imminent.

Details of Hamster Kombat Token Issuance
Regarding token issuance, Hamster Kombat previously stated that it was expected to take place in July, which was confirmed by a spokesperson for TON through the foreign media outlet “Decrypt.” Several well-known cryptocurrency exchanges, including Gate.io, Bitget, and KuCoin, have also announced their support for pre-trading of Hamster Kombat tokens, referring to the token as HMSTR.
With Durov himself directly stating in the Telegram channel that Hamster Kombat tokens will be released soon, the probability of an airdrop in July appears to be very high.
According to “Decrypt,” although it is currently unclear how many Hamster Kombat tokens players will receive, the Hamster Kombat team mentioned in a tweet in early June that their airdrop distribution would not solely be based on the number of coins accumulated by players before a certain date in the game.
The post by Hamster Kombat explained that the airdrop would be based on the number of coins generated from users’ hourly idle profits and other undisclosed activity data, not just the number of coins held by players. The team also emphasized on June 18 that the concept of “hourly idle profits being more important than existing coin balances.”
Therefore, players need to adopt more strategies than simply clicking on the screen to earn coins. Reinvesting these coins into upgrades and increasing hourly idle profits is the key to obtaining more tokens in the Hamster Kombat airdrop plan.
